Product Introduction

Double glass Windows, that is, add an inner window on the basis of a single glass window, consisting of two layers of glass and an air layer or inert gas layer in the middle, with excellent thermal insulation, sound insulation, impact resistance and air tightness and other properties.

Production Process

1. Material selection Selection of high-quality glass original, according to the requirements to choose the required thickness.

2. Precise cutting of glass to ensure cutting quality and accuracy.

3. Edge grinding of glass, edge grinding of the cut glass to eliminate fast mouth and fine cracks, improve the smoothness of the edge.

4. Washing and drying Wash the glass after edging to remove dust, oil and impurities on the surface and ensure subsequent adhesion. After washing, it should be dried to avoid moisture affecting the subsequent processing.

5. The principle of tempering is to form a lamination stress on the glass surface, so as to avoid glass breakage, achieve the purpose of improving the strength of the glass, and better resist breakage, even if broken, it is small particles, which greatly reduces the possibility of damage.

6. Aluminum spacer processing and filling desiccant According to the design requirements, the aluminum strip bending machine is used to fold the aluminum spacer into a frame. The molecular sieve is filled in the aluminum spacer, and the role of the molecular sieve is to adsorb the moisture in the hollow layer and keep the air dry.

7. Make butyl glue and stick frame evenly make butyl glue on the edge of the aluminum spacer strip to ensure that the hollow layer is sealed. The aluminum spacer coated with butyl glue is glued to the first piece of glass, and then the second piece of glass is glued to the other side of the aluminum spacer to form a closed hollow layer.

8. The hollow glass with laminated and structural adhesive is sent into the laminated machine for laminated, and the glass and aluminum spacer are closely fitted. The frame of the insulating glass is coated with structural adhesive to enhance the sealing and stability.

FAQ

Q:What is insulated glass?

A:Insulated glass is a glass product consisting of two or more layers of glass separated by spacer bars and sealed along the edges to form a cavity. It provides excellent thermal and sound insulation.

Q:What are the main uses of insulated glass?

A:Insulated glass is commonly used in places where good thermal or sound insulation is required, such as:

Buildings: residential windows, curtain walls, skylights.

Commercial: office buildings, shopping malls, hotel glass.

Vehicles: train, plane, car windows.

Q:How does insulated glass improve energy efficiency?

A:The cavity in insulated glass blocks air flow and reduces heat conduction and radiation. In addition, the filling of inert gases and low-emissivity coatings (Low-E) can further reduce heat loss and solar energy transfer.

Q: What kind of services will you provide?

A: We are able to provide engineering and supervision services to guide the installation.
